Thong Krut is a Swedish development in Thai style.
The site includes only eight detached houses with a communal pool, sun deck and shared space for barbeque. The combination of the robust and spacious Swedish house style with the eastern Thai architecture makes this development attractive on the market.

The village is situated in the very south of Koh Samui surrounded by beautiful palm tree forests. The size of the development is approximately 3 rai, located 300m from the beach. Smaller restaurants and shops can be found in the area. With only a 10 minute drive to Lamai and 20 min to Chaweng you will be perfectly located on the island. In Chaweng you can find the big shopping centre “Lotus”, restaurants and night-clubs.For those interested in golf there is a fantastic golf-course, Sataburi, in the area of Menam.
